Take METI’s Train the Trainer, and you can bring our quality training materials and standards to your company or organization.

Upon completion of METI’s Train the Trainer program, you will be both knowledgeable on the subject, and able to effectively deliver the training to others in your organization.

Train the Trainer Overview

Once we review your resume and experience, we would determine whether you would require the one day Introduction to Training session to receive training on such things as training techniques, classroom etiquette, etc.

This is followed by course specific training (generally 2 days):

• Attend a class specific to which you are seeking accreditation as a participant and receive a passing grade.
• You will have the option to attend another class as an observer, actively taking notes.
• You will perform a team teach, instructing the course with a qualified instructor in attendance. The qualified instructor will provide an evaluation on your performance.
• Based on the results of the evaluation(s) the qualified instructor will determine whether you are ready to instruct classes on your own or if additional training is required.

How METI Trainers may then Serve Their Organizations

• METI would supply you with the training assets for the applicable course (PowerPoint, test packages, student manuals, etc.).
• Then, your company would purchase training packages (student manuals and certificate) as needed to train their employees. METI will keep track of all training in our database for future reference.
• Note: as an METI Trainer, you may only deliver our training internally, within your company or organization.
